yourphototravel.com is operated by YourPhotoTravel LLC. It is an independent informational guide to photography locations. It does not sell tours, tickets, transport, accommodation or photo sessions, and it is not affiliated with the landmarks, parks, sites or authorities it describes unless we explicitly say so.

Permitted use

You may read, share links to and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning. You agree not to:

• copy or republish our text in bulk, or present it as your own;
• scrape, mirror or systematically download the site, or use it to train automated systems, without written permission;
• interfere with the site's operation or security;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Ownership and intellectual property

The text, page design, logo and name YourPhotoTravel belong to YourPhotoTravel LLC. Short quotations with a link back are welcome.

Photographs are not ours. They are published by their authors under Creative Commons or public domain terms, and each one is credited with its license on the page and on our Photo Credits page. If you reuse a photograph, follow its license, not these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own travel decisions and conduct. When you visit any location described here, you agree to:

• check current official information on access, opening hours, tickets, permits and closures;

We write in good faith and try to keep guides current, but travel information changes, sometimes quickly. Descriptions of light, seasons, crowd levels and access are general editorial guidance, not guarantees. Map links point to search results, not verified coordinates. We may update, correct or remove content at any time and do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

Photography locations and access

Mentioning a viewpoint does not mean it is open, legal to enter at a particular time, suitable for everyone, or safe in all conditions. Some locations have restricted access, managed circuits, timed entry or seasonal closures. Nothing on this website grants permission to enter any property or site.

External links and third-party services

We link to official visitor information, maps and other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or any purchase you make from them. Third-party purchases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The flight search widget on this site is provided by a third-party partner. Search results, prices and any booking come from the travel company or airline shown in the results, under their own terms. YourPhotoTravel LLC does not sell tickets, does not process payments and is not a party to any booking made through the widget.
