Frequently asked questions
Can I book a tour or ticket through you?
No. We are an independent editorial guide and sell nothing. For tickets or access, use the official sources linked on each spot page.
Are the map links exact coordinates?
No. They open a Google Maps search for the named place. Use the "Where to stand" description and local signs to find the viewpoint.
How current is the access information?
We review it when we publish and update guides, but rules change. Always confirm with official information before you travel.
Do I need a professional camera?
No. Every spot card says whether a phone is enough, and most of our advice works with a phone. See How to Take Better Travel Photos with a Phone.
Can I use your photographs?
The photographs belong to their authors. Each is credited with its license on Photo Credits; follow that license if you reuse one.
Do you offer 24/7 travel support?
No. We are a publication, not a travel agency, and cannot help with bookings or emergencies. In an emergency contact local emergency services.
Feedback and corrections
Found an outdated access rule, a closed viewpoint or a mistake? We appreciate corrections. Email [email protected], send them through the contact page or call us during business hours. Please include the page and what you observed, and when.
Accessibility
We aim for clear structure, readable contrast, descriptive image text and full keyboard navigation with visible focus. Many viewpoints themselves involve steps, slopes or rough ground; spot cards mention this where we know it, but check official accessibility information for each site.
If anything on this website is hard to use, please tell us and we will try to fix it.
